Chef Richard’s family have arrived from Fiji, and to celebrate he’s cooking an Island Style buffet for us on Friday night!

Check out the menu, it’s epic, from curries to roast lamb.

Soup:
Pumpkin with fresh made bread rolls

Sides:
Kumara Salad
Tropical Shrimp Salad
Garden Salad
Fried Rice
Steamed Taro

Mains:
Ika Vakalolo - Poached fish in coconut cream
Chicken Curry - Fijian style boneless chicken curry
Roast Lamb - Oven roasted lamb with red wine gravy
Vegetarian - Vegetables in tomato basil sauce

Dessert:
Banana Vakasoso - Bananas baked in sweet coconut cream
Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Pie
Fruit Trifle
